Overview
While it is well recognized that LDL plays an important role in atherogenesis and CVD risk, advances in our scientifi c understanding of other lipoproteins including HDL-C, non-HDL-C, and triglycerides have allowed clinicians to further reduce CVD risk. This educational program will update you on the evolving science of triglycerides and present the most recent evidence-based clinical trials concerning hypertriglyceridemia. An expert faculty will evaluate and discuss the application of these important data to improve the outcomes of your patients with cardiovascular disease.
Intended Audience
This activity is attended for physicians, physician assistants, pharmacists, nurses, nurse practitioners, and registered dieticians interested in cardiovascular disease. In accordance with PhRMA, this program is intended for healthcare professionals only.
