Abstract Submission Open

The ISA2012 Scientific and Program Committees invites the submission of abstracts on original work. Abstracts can be submitted for consideration for an oral, mini-oral, hard copy poster or electronic poster presentation. All successful abstracts will be published on CD or USB to be given to the Symposium delegates, and may be published on the ISA2012 website. Presenting authors must be registrants at the Symposium. All abstracts must be submitted online via the Symposium website using the online submission form.

Program Highlights

The key aim of ISA2012 is to provide a comprehensive, state-of-the-art overview of the current understanding of the origins, progression and prevention of atherosclerosis.

The ISA2012 Scientific Program Committee has developed an informative program, featuring four plenary sessions:
Session 1: Infection, Immunity and Atherosclerosis
Session 2: Visceral / Ectopic Fat: The Next Target for CVD Prevention?
Session 3: New and Emerging Approaches for Identifying and Treating Cardiovascular Disease
Session 4: Population Studies and Clinical Trials in Atherosclerosis
