More than 40 scientific posters will be displayed for you to view. Poster presenters are scheduled to discuss their research on Saturday, May 31 from 12:25-1:45pm. For the final list of approved abstracts, please check the website at www.lipid.org/sessions and view the Poster pages. All accepted abstracts will be published in the May/June 2008 issue of the Journal of Clinical Lipidology.
YOUNG INVESTIGATOR AWARD
NLA members who are Young Investigators (in-training residents and fellows or <5 years in practice) who submit posters will be eligible to win the NLA 2008 Young Investigator Award. This award will be presented on Saturday, May 31 at 1:55pm during the NLA Business Meeting.
ORAL SESSIONS
Saturday, May 31 2:00 - 4:00 PM
New this year, the NLA has added a 2-hour Breakout Session on Novel Research Presentations to allow attendees more time to hear and discuss interesting poster submissions. There will be approximately 6 oral presentations during the Breakout Session. The Scientific Sessions Planning Committee reviews and schedules the best abstracts for presentation from the more than 40 abstracts received for consideration. Please check the website at www.lipid.org/sessions for a final list of oral and poster sessions.
