Online registration for this meeting is now closed. You can register onsite the morning of February 10, 2006

Registration Deadline: Registration and payment must be received no later than January 27, 2006 in order to have a name badge and syllabus materials available. On-site registration will only be accepted on a space available basis.

Cancellation Policy: Telephone cancellations cannot be accepted. A written notice of cancellation must be received no later than two weeks prior to the meeting for a refund. A $25 administrative fee will be deducted. No refunds will be made after January 27, 2006.
