Registration and payment must be received no later than 2 weeks prior to the meeting. After this date, a syllabus and name badge cannot be guaranteed-so register TODAY!

Cancellation Policy: Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. A written notice of cancellation must be received no later than two weeks prior to the meeting for a refund. A $25 administrative fee will be deducted. No refunds will be made after the respective cancellation deadlines.
