Exhibitors Move In
10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Exhibit Hall aisles must be cleared of boxes and crates on Friday, August 27 by 6:00 PM and booth construction completed by 6:00 PM. Request for access to the hall before or after hours must be made in advance through the show contact.

Welcome Reception in Exhibit Hall:
6:00 - 7:00 PM

SATURDAY, AUGUST 28

Exhibit Hall Open from 7:00 AM - 1:30 PM

Breakfast in Exhibit Hall:
7:00 - 8:00 AM

Break in Exhibit Hall:
9:45 - 10:15 AM

Lunch in Exhibit Hall:
12:15 - 1:30 PM

Exhibitors move out 1:30 PM

PLEASE DO NOT BREAK DOWN YOUR BOOTHS UNTIL 1:30 PM ON SATURDAY.
All exhibits must be completely packed and ready for shipping and all material handling/outbound-shipping forms mustbe completed and left in your booth for pick-up.
