Exhibitors Move In
10:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Exhibit Hall aisles must be cleared of boxes and crates on Thursday, May 31 by 4:00 PM and booth construction completed by 4:00 PM. Request for access to the hall before or after hours must be made in advance through the show contact.

Welcome Reception in Exhibit Hall:
6:30-7:30 PM

FRIDAY, JUNE 1, 2012

Exhibit Hall Open from 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Breakfast in Exhibit Hall:
7:00-8:00 AM

Break in Exhibit Hall:
10:15-10:45 AM

Lunch in Exhibit Hall:
12:15-1:30 PM

SATURDAY, JUNE 2, 2012

Exhibit Hall Open from 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Breakfast in Exhibit Hall:
7:00-8:00 AM

Break in Exhibit Hall:
9:30-10:00 AM

Lunch in Exhibit Hall:
12:30-1:30 PM

Exhibitors move after lunch on Saturday.

All exhibits must be completely packed and ready for shipping and all material handling/outbound-shipping forms must be completed and left in your booth for pick-up.
