As always, an excellent discussion. Highlights the underestimation of lifetime risk in individuals when FRS is used. The article in JACC discussing the differences in presentation , pathophysiology between the sexes, Ischemic heart disease, less obstructive disease, and "false positive" treadmills ties in nicely with this case.
