Lipidaholics Anonymous Case # 264 has just been posted in my lipidaholics group. Some pretty serious discussion here on understanding this major league enigma. Do you all check Lp(a)-C in addition to Lp(a) mass?  Should you?   Is a Kringle a pretzel or something lipidologists putz with? Please review and leave comments.
