The Communications Council oversees all communications efforts of the NLA. The following committees will report to the Communications Council:

Social Media Committee

The mission of the Social Media Committee is to support the Communications Council by providing social media content in a timely manner to promote the advocacy, educational and recruitment objectives of the National Lipid Association.

Publications Committee

The Publications Committee oversees all major publications of the NLA including the Journal of Clinical Lipidology and www.lipid.org by suggesting, developing and reviewing all content for message consistency with the Mission and goals of the NLA.
