Core Curriculum Committee
The Core Curriculum Committee is responsible for peridiocally reviewing the NLA's Core Curriculum in Lipidology and recommending changes based on current best evidence and practice.
The Core Curriculum Committee includes a Chair and seven (7) members representing each discipline of NLA including physicians, nurses, pharmacists and dietitians.
One (1) year with optional renewal for additional terms. There shall be no term limit.
- Review the core curriculum and recommend changes (additions, edits, deletions) based on current best evidence and practice
- Recommend where the core curriculum can be included within existing NLA programs and products
- Review committee membership with leadership annually to best represent NLA constituencies and stakeholders in curriculum development and maintenance.
