Mike Visits 1-3: Cardiovascular Risk Assessment and Management of a Male Diabetic Patient with Multivessel CAD and Low HDL-C

In this case, we will review the history of a 57-year old male patient with low HDL-C and progressive, unstable CAD. He has been slow to take his risk factors and disease seriously until now. Patient assessment and management of this challenging case during 2 sequential physician visits will be discussed.
