The National Lipid Association's campaign for National Cholesterol Education Month, “Xcellence in Lipid Education”, is a social-media focused initiative to raise awareness about the importance of cholesterol management and its impact on cardiovascular health. Throughout September, the NLA will lead a social media campaign and engagement initiative aimed at educating the public, healthcare professionals, and communities beyond NLA membership about the risks of high cholesterol and the benefits of proactive lipid management. This campaign will feature educational content, patient resources, and interactive activities designed to promote regular cholesterol screenings, to encourage lifestyle changes, and highlight the latest research and guidelines in lipid management. The goal is to empower individuals with the knowledge and tools necessary to take control of their cholesterol levels and reduce the risk of heart disease.
Follow our twitter campaign to get in on the action, hear from professionals, and ask your questions!
