Registration & Fees

Registration: Online registration and payment must be received no later than Thursday, May 28, 2025. By registering for this meeting, attendee understands and agrees that attendee’s name, city, and state may be shared with other attendees and exhibitors. By visiting the exhibit hall, attendee understands, agrees, and consents to the sharing of attendee’s contact information with the participating companies.

Photography: Photographs and/or video may be taken as part of the registered event. By registering for this event, you grant the National Lipid Association full rights to use the images resulting from the photography/video filming and any reproductions or adaptations of the images for promotional purposes. This may include (but is not limited to), the right to use them in print and online platforms, social media, press releases and other outlets.

Cancellation Policy: We regret that we cannot accept cancellations over the telephone. A $50 administration fee will be deducted from cancellations. Written notice of cancellation must be received no later than 30 days prior to the meeting to qualify for a refund, minus the administrative fee. No refunds will be issued after April 29, 2025.
