The 21 Day Challenge
The NLA is committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion as a core tenant of the organization. The 21 Day Challenge is sponsored by the NLA Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Task Force. The DEI Task Force challenges you to review all 21 content items and reflect on what you have learned, even anonymously, in the areas provided below. Thank you in advance for your time and willingness to learn about DEI in our space.
Each day includes a link to offer your reflection on the day's content. Please consider sharing what you learned, how you felt, or how you might use what you have learned moving forward. Reflections are optional though greatly appreciated. Reflections may be anonymous and will not be shared publicly without the submitters express consent. Be sure to note the NLA chapter you represent.
