Executive Committee

Executive Committee The Executive Committee, consisting of the officers of the NLA, shall act on behalf of the Board of Directors to administer the affairs of the Association between meetings of the Board of Directors, subject to the general policies established by the Board of Directors.

Structure

The Executive Committee shall be a committee created by the NLA Bylaws consisting of the NLA President, NLA Immediate Past-President, NLA President-Elect, NLA Treasurer and NLA Secretary.

Term

One (1) year.

Charge

The Executive Committee shall act on behalf of the Board of Directors to administer the affairs of the NLA between meetings of the Board of Directors, subject to the general policies established by the Board of Directors.
