Membership Recruitment and Retention Committee
The Membership Recruitment and Retention Committee will focus on NLA's member retention programs. The committee will query/survey members, lapsed members, and non-members for feedback on how to improve membership recruitment and retention. The committee will consider future economic, practice, and societal trends that will influence the various categories of NLA membership.
The Membership Recruitment & Retention Committee shall be a standing committee of the NLA consisting of one (1) Chair, one (1) Vice-Chair, at least one (1) regional representative from each chapter of the NLA, and at large members of the NLA.
One (1) year appointed.
- Review previously given surveys and query members, non-members, and lapsed members;
- Develop member recruitment and retention campaigns for all disciplines based on data reviewed;
- Create task force annually in the beginning of the year to help with retention. Task Force must reach out to unpaid members on an individual basis via phone or email.
