ABCL certification assesses the level of knowledge required of a physician to be officially recognized as a Clinical Lipidologist.

For Physicians and Allied Health Care Professionals: Clinical Lipid Specialist Certification

Clinical Lipid Specialist (CLS) certification is offered by the Accreditation Council for Clinical Lipidology (ACCL). This program is for cardiovascular care team members (Pharmacists, Physicians, Physician Assistants, Advanced Nurse Practitioners, Nurses, Dietitians, Exercise Specialists, and Industry and Research Professionals) who are seeking advanced training in clinical competencies and meet qualifying criteria.
