• Survey the landscape to identify existing clinician tools as they relate to dyslipidemia and ASCVD management, specifically for use in healthcare system settings;
• Share existing and create new tools to enable improved patient outcomes for use in the healthcare system settings as they relate to dyslipidemia and ASCVD management;
• Provide reproducible implementation blueprints to facilitate adoption of clinical tools by healthcare systems.
