Advanced Practice Nurse to be director of St. Bernards Longevity Center Lipid and Cardiometabolic Care

We are looking for an apn preferably  with strong clinical  skills in lipidology and cardiometabolic care to help run the program with physician  director.

Duties include oversight of nursing staff and techs, mostly followup office visits after physician new patient visit with review of advanced lipid testing as well as other tests.This is a team based approach with team meeting before the follow up viist with team including health coach, nurse, apn, and doctor to formulate a personalized plan. Follow up visits are done mostly by the apn for med titration and patient accountability. Time is allocated for longer patient visits as needed. Other duties would require organization skills for planning and workflow needs. Incorporating exercise, diet, stress reduction, hormone needs and sleep as well as medical treatment will be incoporated in each visit.

Hours: 8am-430 pm M-F
