FH Patient Registry

The FH Foundation announced the launch of its new familial hypercholesterolemia (FH) patient registry at its recent FH Summit in Annapolis, MD on September 19, 2013. The patient registry is now available for FH patients to register through a patient portal; health care professionals can also register patients through a special health care portal.
