Advocacy CommitteeThe Advocacy Committee is focused on (1) supporting current relationships with like-minded organizations, (2) disseminating key NLA messages (e.g., recommendations, positions, and policy statements) to like-minded organizations and key stakeholders, (3) actively building new relationships with strategic partners to improve the visibility of the NLA and lipidology, and (4) addressing administrative, legislative, and policy issues and developments impacting relevant interests of practitioners and patients, as appropriate. |
Health Quality and Research (HQR) CommitteeThe Health Quality and Research (HQR) Committee is focused on conducting high-grade research and studies to answer questions that improve the clinical practice of lipidology. Enhancing knowledge of scientific backgrounds allows us to achieve best outcomes for practical application in this area of expertise. In various projects, the committee researches the multifaceted challenges experts face in the field of lipidology to provide recommendations, increase education, and strive for excellence. |
