The NLA is working with The Health Management Academy, an industry-leading network of executives from the nation’s largest health systems that provides executive leadership training and development. The workshop will offer you tools and insights on high-level organizational leadership and team management. The innovative sessions will engage participants though:

• Individual assessment to clean personality and behavior insights
• One-on-one coaching with an Organizational Effectiveness Executive
• Large group discussion with experts, supported by team breakouts and real-world problem solving.

Because of the quality of the program, the cost to participate is $500 per participant, which is only a small portion of the cost. As this is an unbudgeted expense this year, your contribution will help offset the cost to the organization. This is an extremely valuable investment that you will not want to miss.

As part of the program, all participants will participate in a Personalysis, which is a proprietary personality assessment that informs the participant to understand differences and develop high functioning working relationships. The Personalysis assessment is a highly valuable assessment that includes a 60-minute individualized profile review to inform your personal development and the September meeting.
