  • Identify primary and secondary causes of dyslipidemia;
  • Compose a treatment plan for the management of dyslipidemia in specific populations;
  • Compose a treatment plan for reducing risk of CVD in patients with dyslipidemia.

CRITERIA FOR SUCCESS:
Statements of credit will be awarded based on the participant´s attendance and submission of the activity evaluation form. A statement of credit will be available upon completion of an online evaluation/claimed credit form at www.lipid.org/cme. The deadline to claim credit is October 6, 2024. Questions related to this content should be sent to cme@lipid.org.

FOR PHARMACISTS: Upon successfully completing the activity evaluation form, transcript information will be sent to the NABP CPE Monitor Service within 4 weeks.

FOR DIETITIANS: Upon completion of the activity evaluation form, dietitians may submit evaluations of the quality of activities/materials to CDR. Poor evaluations of activities/materials may trigger an audit of the activities / materials by CDR.
