Committees of the NLA Executive CommitteeThe NLA Executive Committee and the Committees that report to it provide the executive leadership for the organization. |
Communications CouncilThe Communications Council oversees all communications efforts of the NLA. |
Education CouncilThe Education Council is focused on developing the overall educational agenda of the NLA. |
Membership Services CouncilThe Membership Services Council is focused on enhancing the membership recruitment and retention efforts of the NLA and developing the overall membership value proposition of the association. It serves as an advisory council to the NLA Board of Directors on all matters pertaining to membership. |
Practice Management CouncilThe Practice Management Council is focused on defining best practices in clinical lipidology that integrate the expertise of physicians, physician assistants, nurses, nurse practitioners, pharmacists, exercise physiologists and registered dietitians. These best practices shall guide primary and secondary care practitioners regarding sound business practices, referral strategies, and clinical recommendations to optimize lipoprotein therapy in at-risk patients and thereby improve patient outcomes. |
